What we collect
Account details (name, email, workspace), the documents you upload, the people you invite, and the access events generated when a recipient opens a room. For security and analytics we record device, browser, approximate location, and a hashed network identifier. We do not sell personal data.
How we use it
To provide the service, authenticate users, enforce room permissions, produce engagement analytics, prevent abuse, and communicate about the workspace. We use subprocessors for hosting, storage, authentication, and email delivery.
Your choices
Workspace owners can export or delete contacts, documents, and rooms. Account holders can request a copy of their personal data or ask us to delete it. Analytics retention is configurable per workspace.
