Data processing addendum

1. Roles
The customer is the controller of personal data submitted to a workspace. Fileclad is the processor and processes that data only to provide the service or on documented instructions.
2. Subprocessors
Fileclad uses infrastructure and communication subprocessors for hosting, storage, authentication, and email delivery. A current list is available on request.
3. Security measures
Measures include tenant isolation, encryption in transit and at rest, access control, audit logging, rate limiting, and documented incident response.
4. Data subject requests
Fileclad provides workspace tools to export or delete contacts and room data. The customer is responsible for responding to data subject requests using those tools.
